Join Us

The Grove Fountainbridge Community Garden is cared for by local residents. You can join us by having your own planter, tending to a communal plot or helping out as much as you can.

Become a Gardener

If you want to garden in the centre of Edinburgh and be part of a community please feel free to join us. Individuals can either look after their own plot and the communal space or choose just to be part of the communal space. Simply drop by one of the communal sessions (see events tab). Fill in the first page of the membership form (see below) and drop in at the open session, bring the form and to receive an induction.

Become a Member

The Grove Community Garden is a place for people in the heart of Edinburgh. We rely on support from people around us to enable us to carry on growing. There is no paid staff to co-ordinate activities. You can now show your support for the community garden by becoming a member (friend of the garden).  Whether it is helping us in carrying out repairs, paint some planters, and donate tools or help with the harvest, every little support helps us.

Become an Associate Member

We also welcome support from local groups or businesses, so get in touch with us if you would like to discuss how your group or business can get involved. Possibly one of your group is a story-teller or a team member is interested in sharing knowledge in a little workshop with us. Maybe you want to get involved and use this opportunity to fulfill your Corporate Social Responsibility as well as help with team building amongst your personnel.
